Our lighthouse tour continues this summer.  This past weekend we visited Port Townsend to hike to this wonderful lighthouse at Bliss VIsta.  The summer is a great time for family trips, hikes and exploration.  The weather has been superb and the views along the coast of Washington are amazing.

I found the best kept food secret in Bellevue!  It is pizza from Topolino’s in Bellevue.  It tastes amazing and is made New York style so you will love it!  I have eaten pizza in New York City and it is unlike any in the world.  But Topolino’s has the New York pizza style captured.  It is authentic.  I highly recommend everyone try it.  Eat it outside so you can take in the sights and the sounds of eating downtown, just like in NYC!  Enjoy!

Remember your mother

As mother’s day fast approaches, remember your mother and all she did for you and still does for you.  Even if your relationship was the best and the strongest with your mother, never forget that she carried you for nine months and gave birth to you, with much pain and determination, courage and love.

Life is too short to hold grudges.  Even if you think your mother doesn’t love you anymore, she does.  Even if you haven’t spoken to your mother in years, speak to her now.  We could all be dead tomorrow.  Start the healing now.  Reach out to her and bring healing.  Even after transgression, there is still confession and redemption.
