Hungarian scramble

Today I whipped up an Hungarian scramble for brunch.  I scrambled the eggs with a secret sauce I make from scratch including wine and spices.  I caramelized  the mushrooms in liquor.  Then I scrambled that all together and add cheese and Hungarian salami, then serve it over a plate sprinkled with chili pepper and paprika.  Enjoy!

My latest offering with sauce from scratch

I made a penne with a Marsala sauce I made from scratch with white wine and mushrooms.  I topped it with diced peppered salami and provolone cheese, spread upon a sprinkle of Cayenne pepper.
