Today I whipped up an Hungarian scramble for brunch. I scrambled the eggs with a secret sauce I make from scratch including wine and spices. I caramelized the mushrooms in liquor. Then I scrambled that all together and add cheese and Hungarian salami, then serve it over a plate sprinkled with chili pepper and paprika. Enjoy!
On a recent trip to Portland, I discovered they have amazing food culture there. I was able to sample various establishments, food trucks and restaurants. The one that impressed me the most was Laurelhurst Meat Market. They had amazing salads, pate and steaks. I highly recommend it!
