I made traditional beef and Yorkshire Pudding.

I made a traditional roast of beef with Yorkshire Pudding this past week.  I rubbed the roast in fresh Thyme and made the Yorkshire pudding with the beef roast drippings. I also made roasted red potatoes, the traditional English way, crisped and crunchy on the outside, melting on the inside.  I added green beans for the vegetable and then whipped up some fresh mushroom au jus.
